checking in:
Reception is open for check-in between 3 p.m and 6 p.m – in weekdays
At weekends in wintertime, the reception would only be staffed morning between 8 a.m to 11 a.m.
In the high season 1/6 – 31/8 the reception will also be staffed or accessible by phone from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
If the reception is not staffed in the afternoon hours, we can be reached by phone +45 56 71 41 81
If you arrive outside opening hour of our reception, we will make sure that your key and directions to your room, are put in our keysafebox. The keysafebox are a grey steel cabinet, placed right outside the reception. Just enter the code as given and turn the handle. In case of problems, you can call an emergency number.
check-out:
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated before 10.00 – if later, only by appointment.
Rented bed linen must be taken off and laid on the floor and keys must be handed in at the reception. If the reception is not staffed, keys are placed in the mailbox.
Remember that all doors and windows must be locked on departure!

Free parking at our parking lot.
WI FI:
Free wireless internet throughout the hostel area.
Keys:
All room keys provide access to shared hostel kitchen. Our guest kitchen is only available for individuals and families and may not be used by groups. The kitchen Is available around the clock.
Tv lounge, are placed on the first floor of family rooms 3-6, again accessed with room key.
Breakfast:
Buffet breakfast is served from kl. 8.00 – 10.00 and consists of homemade bread, 2 kinds of cold cuts, cheese, jam, honey, various breakfast and milk products, coffee / tea, milk and juice.
We also offer 2 kinds of breakfast bags, which will be ready in our hostel shared kitchen with your name on.
- The “to go” edition – for those who have to go early, for example, the guest who have to reach the early ferry. Contains, 1 made sandwich, 1 small juice, tea / coffee stick and a coffee cup “to go”
Price DKK 55,00 - The weekend edition – for those who “will manage themselves” for a later breakfast.
Contains 2 pieces of bread (which can be heated in the little oven at the kitchen), cheese, jam, honey, Nutella, 1 juice and tea/coffee sticks.

Linen:
There are duvets and pillows in all our rooms. Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels can be brought or rented for DKK 65.00 per person. Sleeping bags are not allowed to use.
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome in most of our rooms, but only by appointment. A fee of DKK 125,00 will be charged for extra cleaning. We have a maximum of two dogs pr. room. When left alone, dogs and cats must be kept in a dog/kat cage.
House rules:
Out of consideration for other guests, the hostel must be quiet from 23.00 – 07.00
Preparation of food and eating in the rooms are not permitted.
Smoking: is only allowed on outdoor areas (also in the pavillion)
A violation of the rules leads to a cleaning fee of DKK 1.000,-
